Return Policy:
For large custom orders: Only damaged merchandise can be refunded. The Purchaser must provide photos of damaged merchandise withing (3) days of receiving the package. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping such as broken into boxes or opened bag. Please consult the shipping company and file a dispute or claim. The amount of refund will depend based on how many merchandise is damaged. Once approved a rightfull refund will be given.
For unbranded graphic tee’s and cue hue clothing: Refund can be given within (5) days of receiving the package for damaged merchandise. Please submit a photo and a refund will be given upon approval. We are not responsible for broken into bags and boxes and damages that occur during shipping. Please consult the shipping company and file a dispute or claim.
Certain Items such as hats, mugs, and other OTHER merchandise besides clothing must be in their original packaging. No broken merchandise shall be returned. Damaged items or used items will not be refunded. Please send photos of items you want to return within (3) days of receipt.
